The Challenge
During my permanent position, I was tasked with auditing and improving the SEO performance of various websites and pages within the LVMH group. Each brand had its own technical stack, content strategy, and performance baselines. The challenge was to establish consistent SEO standards across diverse properties while respecting each brand's unique identity, and to deploy Google Analytics 4 configurations that provided actionable insights for marketing teams unfamiliar with the new platform.

The Solution
Conducted comprehensive technical SEO audits across multiple LVMH properties: crawl analysis with Screaming Frog, indexation reviews, meta tag optimization, structured data implementation (Schema.org for products, articles, and organization), Core Web Vitals remediation, and internal linking architecture improvements. Migrated analytics from Universal Analytics to GA4, configuring custom events, conversion tracking, e-commerce funnels, and cross-domain measurement. Built standardized reporting dashboards and documented best practices for each brand's content team to maintain SEO hygiene autonomously.
// GA4 enhanced e-commerce event configuration
gtag('event', 'view_item', {
currency: 'EUR',
value: product.price,
items: [{
item_id: product.sku,
item_name: product.name,
item_brand: product.maison,
item_category: product.category,
price: product.price,
quantity: 1
}]
});
// Custom structured data injection
const schema = {
"@context": "https://schema.org",
"@type": "Product",
"name": product.name,
"brand": { "@type": "Brand", "name": product.maison },
"offers": {
"@type": "Offer",
"price": product.price,
"priceCurrency": "EUR",
"availability": "https://schema.org/InStock"
}
};↳ GA4 e-commerce tracking and Schema.org structured data for luxury product pages
